A Marta tem 31 anos e é CEO do Grupo ADA, ligado a dispositivos médicos, que fatura, anualmente, 60 milhões de euros. Assumiu o cargo após a morte do pai e desde aí, que tem dedicado toda a sua vida à ADA. Durante o processo, venceu a luta contra o cancro, divorciou-se e encontrou forças para fazer mudanças na empresa e conseguir levá-la a bom porto. A ADA tornou-se na sua maior paixão, mas não esconde que sente falta do resto. Onde fica o amor? Onde ficam os afetos? É uma mulher doce, sensível, dedicada, visionária e acima de tudo, corajosa. Foi sem medos que assumiu o comando do legado do pai, do avô e de toda a família. Temos a certeza que todos, neste momento, estão orgulhosos dela. Nós estamos!

Cláudia Piloto carrega o nome da família às costas, mas ainda assim, não deixou que isso a definisse enquanto pessoa. Considera-se uma mulher livre, independente e espiritual. Gosta de ir sentindo os sinais da vida e agindo em função dos mesmos sem ter medo do julgamento alheio. Está atenta a tudo o que a rodeia, mas também sabe desligar do mundo quando sente que é preciso. A mulher em que se tornou, tem dificuldades em entregar-se porque quer estar no controlo de tudo. Só que a vida ensinou-lhe que até a mulher mais forte e livre, precisa de colo.

At the GIRA launch event, we held a raffle and Samanta Colares was the lucky winner. Samanta answered all the questions from the other guests without hesitation, even the most difficult ones. It was a beautiful moment between women. Many of them had never met each other and decided to open their hearts, tell their stories and share their point of view on sensitive subjects such as motherhood and sexuality. Samanta is a nutritionist and shares her healthy lifestyle on her social media, trying to inspire and help other women to get in shape in a very easy and practical way.

Known by many as the mother of the Portas family (Miguel and Paulo), she recently turned 90, but refuses to think about her finitude - she still has a lot to do. She graduated in Economics against her father's wishes, and was a teacher and journalist. To date, she has published 24 books and has already written two more, in case fate plays a trick on her. She was the best student in her course and, years later, she would be the first Portuguese woman to be admitted to the technical staff of the Bank of Portugal.

Born in Maia, she is 37 years old and is the CEO of a company specializing in the sale and maintenance of heavy equipment and industrial waste - Olimec. She graduated in Economics, but says that her profession is metalworking. One of her missions is to prove that "a woman's place is wherever she wants it to be".
