Refund policy

1. General Conditions
1.1. Exchanges or returns may be made within a maximum period of 14 consecutive days after receipt of the order, as provided for in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February (Right of Free Resolution).
1.2. Returns will only be accepted of products that:

  • Are in their original packaging, sealed and with no signs of opening or use;
  • Include all accessories, gifts or samples sent with the product;
  • Do not present damage caused by the customer.
    1.3. Products that, for hygiene or safety reasons, have the security seal broken or show signs of use cannot be returned (e.g.: makeup, creams, hairbrushes, etc.).

2. Returns Procedure
2.1. To start the return process, the customer must contact our Customer Service via email at ola@eusougira.com, indicating:

  • Order number;
  • Reason for return;
  • Invoice
  • Photographs of the product (if it has defects or damage).
    2.2. After analysis and approval of the return request, the customer will receive instructions for sending the product.
    2.3. The returned product must be sent to the following address:
    Rua Guerra Junqueiro n6 EF 2730-092 Queluz de Baixo / Barcarena.

3. Return Costs


3.1. For returns due to withdrawal or exercise of the right of free resolution, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.2. If the return is due to a defect or error in the shipping of the product, the company CF 13 Unipessoal LDA will bear the return costs.

4. Refund
4.1. After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 working days.
4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order.
4.3. If the return does not meet the established criteria, the customer will be informed and the product will be returned, with the customer being responsible for the reshipment costs.

5. Product Exchanges
5.1. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is not available, the customer may choose a refund or a voucher for the same value for future use on the website.
5.2. The procedure for exchanges is identical to that for returns, as described in section 2.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, the customer must notify Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs and a description of the problem.
6.2. eusougira.com undertakes to replace the defective product or issue a refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Exceptions
7.1. Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products;
  • Products purchased in promotional campaigns with the indication "no return";
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
