Shipping Policies

Once the order is paid we want to ensure a convenient and transparent shopping experience. Here are our shipping conditions:

Shipping to Portugal

  • All orders to mainland Portugal and autonomous regions (Azores and Madeira) have free shipping for orders over €29
  • For orders under €29 the following costs will apply: Mainland Portugal €3.50 and Autonomous Regions €5.50.

Estimated delivery time Mainland Portugal:

2 business days for purchases made and paid for before 3pm.

Extra 24h service at a cost of €4.50 with estimated delivery on the next business day, for mainland Portugal for purchases made on business days until 3pm.

Estimated delivery time for Islands: 2 to 6 business days

Shipping to the European Union

  • For orders shipped to European Union countries:
    • Shipping is free for purchases of equal or greater value 120€.
    • For purchases under R$ 120, a cost of R$ 20 will be applied.

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 business days.

Shipping outside the European Union

  • For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union:
    • Free shipping for purchases of equal or greater value 200€.
    • For purchases under €200, a shipping cost of €20 will be applied to the UK and Switzerland, for the rest it will be €70.

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 12 business days

Important Information

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, payment method and shipping chosen. For purchases made with the "MB" option - The Entity and Reference" are only valid for 24 hours; for payments with the "MBWAY" option, the payment expires in 5 minutes. After these periods described, the orders are canceled.
  • After purchasing you will receive the status of your order and have visibility of the delivery date.
  • All orders are prepared with care to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
  • Customs costs or additional fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • When delivery is not made for reasons beyond the control of GIRA (incorrect information: name, address, telephone number) the 2nd shipment will be borne by the customer.
